How long does it take to receive my photos?
Your professionally edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery within 7 calendar days, beginning the first full day following your photography session.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of images delivered varies depending on the session type, duration, lighting conditions, and other factors. I carefully select and edit the best images from each session to ensure a high-quality final gallery. A specific number of images is not guaranteed, though I pride myself on delivering larger-than-typical galleries. Here is a rough guideline on deliverables: For a 2-person couples shoot, we average around 60-80 images. For a family of 4, we average around 80-100. Groups of 6+ average around120-150, etc.
Are the photos professionally edited?
Absolutely! Every delivered image receives professional editing, including adjustments to lighting, color, exposure, and overall appearance.
Can you photoshop/digitally remove any parts of a photo?
Reasonable retouching requests, such as removing minor blemishes, distracting objects, or other small imperfections, are included at no additional charge when feasible.
Extensive Photoshop work, including major alterations, body modifications, complex object removal, background replacements, or other time-intensive edits, may or may not be possible, and may be subject to an additional fee. Any additional charges will be discussed before the work is performed. Brandon Fox Media reserves the right to determine what constitutes reasonable versus extensive photoshop editing/removal.
Can I request specific edits or changes to my photos?
We welcome reasonable editing requests and will do our best to accommodate them. However, all photographs are edited in accordance with Brandon Fox Media's established artistic style and professional standards as seen on the portfolio page of brandonfoxmedia.com. Final decisions regarding image selection, editing, composition, and overall artistic direction remain at the sole discretion of Brandon Fox Media.
Will I receive the unedited or RAW photos?
Unedited and RAW image files are typically not provided. All delivered photographs are professionally selected and edited to reflect the quality and style of Brandon Fox Media. If you have a particular need for the unedited/RAW photos, reach out using the “Contact” form and we can discuss!
How can I use my photos?
Your photos are completely yours to use as you wish! Clients are welcome to download and print their delivered photographs. You're welcome to share your photos on social media for personal use. Tagging or crediting @brandonfoxmedia is not required, but is always appreciated! Please refrain from applying additional filters, presets, or alterations that significantly change the original appearance of the photographs.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions are carefully monitored in the days leading up to, and day-of, the photoshoot. If rain, excessive wind over 30mph, or other unfavorable conditions prevent a successful session, Brandon Fox Media may recommend rescheduling or offer a full refund if a reschedule is not desired or possible.
What if I'm running late?
Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time, as sessions typically cannot be extended beyond their scheduled end time.
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late, without any communication from client, may be considered a no-show session at the photographer's discretion.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your photography session. The remaining balance is due on the scheduled session date, unless otherwise agreed upon. Your session date and time are not officially reserved until the required deposit has been received.
We understand that plans can change!
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot start date/time: The deposit is 100% refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot start date/time: The deposit is 50% refundable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The deposit is forfeited.
The deposit is fully refundable in the event of bad weather - rain, extreme wind, etc
Photographer Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Brandon Fox Media must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made for services not performed.
Creative Discretion & Final Image Selection
By booking a session with Brandon Fox Media, clients acknowledge and accept the photographer's established artistic style, editing techniques, and professional judgment.
Brandon Fox Media retains final creative control over the selection, editing, and delivery of all photographs.
Requests for additional photographs, alternate editing styles, or extensive modifications are not guaranteed.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting a deposit or booking a photography session, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the policies outlined above.
